A market analysis of beef cattle: Study in North Sulawesi Province - Indonesia

The aim of the study was to analyze marketing channel, margin, and efficiency in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. research conducted two cities, such as City Manado Tomohon, one regency, Regency Minahasa, trade center cattle Sulawesi province. There were 120 respondents, consisting 100 farmers, 10 livestock brokers or intermediaries, 5 collecting traders (business scale 20-30 cattle), end user consumer live beef cattle, business consumer, owner abattoirs well distributors Sulawesi. determining respondents snowball sampling starting with information farmers slaughterhouse both users consumers cattle.
